You will work only Monday through Friday, 30 hours per week, one hour classes

These benefits including free rent, are equal to an additional value of approximately $350.00 USD per month. In other words, on your own in any city, and commuting to school you would have to earn approximately $7500 or $8000 pesos per month to be in the same financial position as this job placement will put you in.
We have done the math. Doing it on your own is more expensive; you pay hotel bills, restaurant bills, bus and taxi fares, plus wear and tear on you and your shoes as you pound the hot pavement looking to establish contacts and waiting around for phone calls that may never come. Wandering around in a foreign country not knowing the language or culture while looking for work can be a very frustrating experience, to say the least. It can ruin what should start out as an excellent adventure with everlasting memories.
Our teachers DON’T deal with these potentially negative things. WE get it done for them. You can explore the unknown at your leisure AFTER you start working! **Below are photos from the areas where you will be placed
You will be placed in one of two town locations (10 minutes apart from each other) in a friendly and important agricultural region producing sugar cane, avocados, mangos, peaches, corn, berries, and coffee to name a few. You will be an acceptable and inexpensive bus ride from the beach, and several major cities, including Guadalajara into which you will fly. The photos are taken in and around this area and reflect the town and people where you will be placed. One placement location has approximately 12,000 people in it's center and the other has about 38,000, though census only takes place every 5 years in Mexico.
The local population wants to learn English and this is where you come in! Foreign teachers are well respected in this area of Mexico and we are presently selecting candidates who will represent us well. The local residents are friendly, accepting and welcome our teachers with open arms. You will never feel lonely as you may do in a large city where it is more difficult to meet and get to know people. See our teacher testimonials page for recent feedback on this area.
